Attention Businesses:
We are seeking Corporate Sponsors, Grants and Foundations
to sponsor John Mallory’s public school shows in South Florida and beyond.
SPONSOR SCHOOL SHOWS IN YOUR COMMUNITY
Reach out to your community. Educate and entertain up to 100,000 school-children. Have your name, message, and logo spread throughout the area. Team up with the very best in live children’s theatrical productions with John and Mary Mallory, the South Florida-based national performance duo with the following credits: Performed on three episodes of NBC TV’s “America’s Got Talent” with host Regis Philbin for a national audience of over thirty million, featured nationally in “People” magazine twice, footage shown on CNN’s “Larry King Live”, praised by Simon Cowell of “American Idol” fame, “Loved it, loved it, brilliant”, referred to on two episodes of “Live with Regis and Kelly” as Kelly Ripa said of the performance, “Terrific” and “My favorite”, and on most weekends: performing at the Hollywood Playhouse.
Since 1995, John Mallory has performed in forty-two states and three countries as amazing mascot characters in high-energy, non-stop audience participation shows featuring “How to Dance the Multicultural Dances from Around the World” for K-5th grade (and preschool). John mixes in important lessons such as: self esteem, character, anti-drugs, anti-smoking, physical fitness, etc. as “Geddy the Gecko”. Geddy is a costumed character gecko lizard (from Costa Rica) that speaks and sings in English (with a Latin American accent). Music from various parts of Central and South America, Cuba, Haiti, Jamaica, and the Caribbean, add a high-energy salsa groove to the character’s zany personality. All ages love Geddy and the other characters such as “Holy Cow, the breakdancing cow. John performs with an ultra-professional style he developed between 1987 and 1994 as a pro sports mascot actor. He mastered audience participation skills and skits in large sports arenas around the USA.
John can combine his top skits and dances with an educational and motivational message custom designed around the attributes that your organization would like to see promoted in the lives of our children. At schools, approximately five to ten humorous skits are performed in a typical show, in-between five main lessons of serious teaching. The audience loves the balance of the back-and-forth style between learning and laughing. John has been approved by all area school boards, but the schools need the performance fee to be sponsored. The goal: to perform at every school in South Florida. Shows can be held during school without parents in attendance, or with parents at evening school events or PTA/PTO family celebration meetings. If your organization only sponsors events at large festivals or fairs, sponsorships can be worked out for these as well. Upon request, John can even custom-create a mascot character to represent your company and perform as that character. Customized costumes require a fee.
Contact John at your earliest convenience to set up a meeting for partnership.
